From our experience, it takes about 10 hours to get the basics of ServiceM8 up and running; we call this Stage One. This includes setup of your invoice & quote templates, preferences, settings, integration with Xero and basic Add-Ons. Included is about 3 to 4 hours of online training.
Stage One is enough for you to start using ServiceM8 to manage your jobs and improve your productivity. Please note, the 10 hours will blow out by indecision when it comes to the look and feel of your invoice & quote templates. As long as we have your logo, we have standard templates that are sufficient to get you started.
Successful implementation of ServiceM8 into your business depends entirely on you! We recommend that you are familiar and have empowered your team to use the basics before moving on to ServiceM8's advanced features. After Stage One, things will vary depending on the other ServiceM8 features you might like to incorporate.
When you're ready to progress to the next stage, we'll have an online meeting to discuss ServiceM8's other features. We have a list of Add-Ons you might like to try. Along your journey, we'll be keeping an eye on your use of ServiceM8.
