Introduction to Receipt Bank

We’d like to introduce you to Receipt Bank. his is where you’ll send all your bills and receipts (“source documents”).

Usually you’ll receive a bill via email with an attached .PDF file. All you need to do is forward that email, with the attachment, to your Receipt Bank Email-In address. This is something like bridgepacific@receiptbank.me

Receipt Bank will scan the bill and perform the data entry for us. We’ll eyeball for accuracy then publish to Xero for reconciliation. When you pay the bill, we’ll match to the source document published from Receipt Bank. An image of every bill will be stored in Xero with the bank transaction it belongs to. It’s all about running a paperless office!

Receipt Bank has several other features which I’ll introduce you to via another post.
